Ryan – Registered Psychologist

Ryan is a Registered Psychologist who is passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals and get the most out of life. Whether someone is experiencing a difficult life event or is living with a diagnosed mental health condition, Ryan’s compassionate approach and wealth of knowledge has helped many clients overcome and cope with their unique challenges.

Ryan works predominantly with adults in an individual, one-to-one setting. He takes a client-centred approach in his counselling and aims to create a warm, trusting environment for his clients. He utilises proven psychological treatments within therapy, mainly drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which is considered to be the most effective treatment for many psychological, behavioural and emotional problems.

Ryan has 10 years of experience providing support to individuals in non-for-profit, community and private settings. Through his experience and qualifications, Ryan has gained expertise in treating a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, alcohol, drug and behavioural addictions, obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD), stress, anger management, and motivation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and a Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology from the University of Western Sydney.
