Theodora – Registered Psychologist & Couples Counsellor

Based in Dulwich Hill, Theodora is a Registered Psychologist with diverse experience, having worked in community and non-government organisations as well as private practice. She supports individuals or couples with issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, anger management, trauma and grief. She helps her clients to identify and understand the deeper issues impacting their emotions and behaviours, as well as finding the most effective pathway to change. In this process, she will often draw on theories related to childhood experience and attachment.

Theodora is also specifically trained in relationship counselling. She has a Graduate Diploma in Couple and Family Therapy and worked as a relationship counsellor for Relationships Australia for 7 years. She has supported many couples experiencing conflict, relationship breakdown or separation, breakdown of trust or infidelity, dysfunctional communication, intimacy and parenting. She will adapt to the needs of each of her clients, utilising proven therapeutic methods such as Systems Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Emotional/Affect Regulation Therapy.
