Megan is a Registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association and has a Diploma of Counselling from the Australian Institute of Counsellors. She offers personalized therapy using evidence-based methods. She uses a range of methodologies which includes Solution Focussed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Goal Setting. Megan sees many presentations including persistent low mood, anxiety disorder, stress-related challenges, relationships and bereavement . She is known for her compassionate, empathetic approach, supporting individuals and couples in gaining insight and finding long-term solutions.
