Mitchell – Clinical Psychologist
Mitchell is a Clinical Psychologist whose training has equipped him with the skills to help clients with a range of mild to severe mental health concerns. Mitchell has worked across public and private health settings, as well as in private practice, which has exposed him to people from diverse backgrounds with a broad range of challenges impacting their quality of life.
As well as being very experienced supporting clients with depression, stress, addictions, anger issues, relationship problems and body image issues, Mitchell is particularly interested in anxiety-related issues and disorders. He is skilled at working with clients experiencing panic disorder, social anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sleep problems, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), body dysmorphia and phobias. Mitchell is driven by his passion to help clients improve their overall wellbeing and quality of life through breaking negative thought patterns and overcoming the specific challenges holding them back.
Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University, and a Master of Psychology (Clinical Psychology) from the University of Western Sydney.
